Ryan Rangel, CEO
Ryan founded ClearConnex after leaving Wavecom to provide engineering services on projects requiring cellular modem integrations. Ryan is responsible for the technical vision for the company, marketing and operations. Ryan has over a decade of experience providing customers with quality software products, systems design and engineering services. For the last eight years he has been working primarily in the cellular and M2M industry with companies as Motorola, Sony Ericsson and Wavecom. Ryan has primarily worked for companies where he has had the benefit of working closely with customers to design and implement systems that meet their requirements. In April of 2008 he took that knowledge and experience to form Ryan Rangel Consulting which eventually became ClearConnex.
Tim Alicie, CTO
Tim joined ClearConnex with over ten years of engineering and design experience in embedded systems and cellular technology, having served in positions with ITT Night Vision, Sony Ericsson, and Alicie Consulting. After joining ClearConnex as an engineering team lead he was responsible for the design and development of the ClearTerminal, ClearOS, and ClearLink products.
Dan Higgins, CFO/COO
Dan came to ClearConnex with over ten years experience in operations, financial analysis, and accounting at companies that include Spectraforce Technologies Inc., RxMedic Systems Inc., Intellectual Properties, Inc and Iron Mountain, Inc.
Steve Lieberman, VP of Sales & Business Development
Steve rejoins the ClearConnex founders after working with them closely at Wavecom and Sierra Wireless. Steve is responsible for driving sales and developing industry partnerships. Steve has established a reputation for building and maintaining strong mutually beneficial relationships within the wireless/M2M industry. Steve has over 15 years experience selling into the embedded and wireless market, developing both major accounts and a distribution channel. He most recently was at Sierra Wireless as a Sales and Distribution Manager. Steve has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Central Florida.
